Come rain or shine have fun in the outdoors. Activities can include building dens, camps and fires. Come prepared for all weathers i.e wellies, raincoats and hats but hopefully suntan lotion.

Bake a delicious treat and then prepare a further delicious treat to take home and bake that afternoon/evening. Please bring a tin/box to transport your baked items home in. A suitable container will be provided to take the items to bake at home in
Balance AbilityReception, Y1 & Y2
Balanceability is a learn to cycle programme aimed at children in Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 who cannot yet ride a pedal bike without stabilisers. It focuses on movement patterns, gross motor skills and dynamic balance using a balance bike. Children learn how to pick up, manoeuvre, mount and dismount their bikes and then learn the skills to ride a balance bike safely. Once the basics have been mastered, the sessions will focus on improving the children’s gliding, stopping and braking skills preparing them to then ride a pedal bike.
Ceramic PaintingAge 8 Years+
Fun, creative and relaxing. The children will be taught different pottery painting techniques by Leanne of Peachy Pottery. They will paint on a different piece of pottery each day; ending with a final large masterpiece where they can show off everything they have learned. Once all of their pieces of pottery have been fired in the kiln and delivered back to school, you will be able to collect them. Five completed items to take home!
CookeryAge 7 Years+
This course is always a hit with budding bakers and keen cooks who manage to produce a scrumptious array of sweet and savoury tea-time treats. There is always great demand for places so it’s a good idea to check availability. Long hair should be tied back and a tin or box is required for transporting baked goods.
Cricket5 - 7 Years & 8+ Years
All elements of the game will be taught. Batting, bowling, wicket keeping and fielding drills will help develop basic skills. Small games, net sessions and group work.
Cycle SAfeAge 10+ Years
Bikeability 2. This cycle proficiency road course develops your child’s skills for making independent journeys confidently and safely in low to medium traffic areas. The children cycle to each training site which enables them to learn safe cycling in a group, practise using their gears effectively and reinforce their new road skills. All children receive a certificate of participation at the end of the course and their Bikeability 2 badge if all course outcomes are met.
FootballAge 5 - 7 Years & 8+ Years
Participants will be put through their paces by our experienced coaches, Mike and Ricky, practising a range of drills to develop skills in control, dribbling, passing, shooting, goal-keeping and tactical awareness. Football boots if your child wishes, but trainers will suffice as there should be little give in the playing surface, shin pads and a bottle of water are required for this course. Please consider the weather conditions and provide your child with sun block/rain proof jacket.
Gymnastics5 - 7 Years & 8+ Years
This course is for boys and girls from beginners to intermediate levels. Children learn basic floor skills, incorporating co-ordination skills to enhance body control, balance and rolling moves. Rebounding skills will be taught, enabling children to use the vault.
Multi ActivitiesAge 6 - 7 Years & 8+ Years
Always a popular course with a range of sports, games and activities. Children will discover new skills as they play include hockey, rounders, basketball and fitness circuits.
Musical Theatre (Annie & Oliver)Age 6+ Years
Put on some scruffy clothes and see if you are tough enough to make it on the streets of London and New York – explore the musicals of Annie and Oliver, learn some songs, dance around and most importantly, have lots of fun! At the end of the week, we will put on a mini show offering family members the chance to watch the last 15 minutes of the class on the final day (12:15 for morning sessions or 15:45 for afternoon sessions).
Musical Theatre (Matilda)Age 6+ Years
Dig your school uniform back out and immerse yourself in the (slightly unusual) classroom of Matilda for some singing, dancing and all round fun. At the end of the week, we will put on a mini show offering family members the chance to watch the last 15 minutes of the class on the final day (12:15 for morning sessions or 15:45 for afternoon sessions).

Sing, dance, and let out your inner wild side! Dress up as your favourite character and get stuck in learning songs and routines from this classic west end hit! At the end of the week, we will put on a mini show offering family members the chance to watch the last 15 minutes of the class on the final day (12:15 for morning sessions or 15:45 for afternoon sessions).
Musical Theatre (Aladdin)Age 6 Years+
Bring this brand new west end hit musical to life, singing and dancing to the songs we all know and love – whether you see yourself as a prince, princess, or magical genie, there will be something for everyone! At the end of the week, we will put on a mini show offering family members the chance to watch the last 15 minutes of the class on the final day (12:15 for morning sessions or 15:45 for afternoon sessions).
SugarcraftAge 9 Years+
We will use various modelling techniques in order to produce a variety of farm animal models from sugar paste including a cow, sheep, pigs, hay bales and a cockerel. We will cover a cake board with sugar paste which will then be used as a plaque to display the animals. The completed design can then be used as a cake topper.
SwimmingAge 4.5+ Years
See separate swim levels and programme details. We offer you the chance to see how your child has progressed during their swim course by allowing you to come and watch them on their final day. Please bring your child to their lesson as normal and then remain in the Jubilee Theatre. This allows them enough time to get changed and into the pool. Claire Masterson will take you across at 10:10 (for morning sessions) or 13:40 (for afternoon sessions) and you can watch them for the first 15 minutes of their lesson.
TennisAge 5 - 7 Years & 8+ Years
The school’s four all-weather courts make it possible to provide instruction to children of different abilities. Players are grouped according to age and ability, and instruction with a qualified coach will cover all aspects of the game.
WoodworkAge 9+ Years
Sawing, Sanding, Drilling and Gluing. The children will enjoy pure woodwork. No curriculum, just fun.
