Nursery 23.1.26

This Week in Nursery

This week in nursery, the children have enjoyed learning all about Arctic animals, exploring their habitats and the changing seasons. They have continued practising their numbers one to five, and we have seen some lovely progress in number formation.

The children took part in a creative craft activity, painting polar bears, and also enjoyed getting sensory with pretend snow, exploring different textures and using lots of imaginative play.

We have made the most of every dry moment by spending plenty of time outdoors. The children particularly enjoyed building polar bear caves and dens, as well as going on muddy walks, which encouraged teamwork and imagination. They are definitely getting more and more use to muddy, messy play!

Have a lovely weekend,

The Nursery Team
