Year 3 are fully engrossed in their new Science topic ‘Roots and Shoots’. We are investigating the criteria needed for plants to grow and flourish – water, soil, space, air, light and warmth. We have also been carefully drawing plants, paying careful attention to their differences and similarities. Year 3 Team
Year 3 took full advantage of the sunshine on Wednesday to take their library session outside. The beanbags on the South Lawn provided the perfect spot to relax and read in peace.

Huge thanks to musical theatre and opera star Stuart Pendred, who worked with 25 talented singers — including solo performers — to deliver a rousing semi-staged rendition of “At the End of the Day” from Les Misérables, to an excited audience of parents and staff.
Later that evening, Stuart wowed us with famous operatic numbers and musical theatre showstoppers, accompanied by the brilliant Caroline Clipsham, whose virtuosic piano performance was simply dazzling.
