Spanish

Languages are not just about grammar and vocabulary; our y6 and 7 beginners have looked into the history of Spain and the Spanish Royal family. Madame BassGualbert

Pi Day

On international Maths day, known as Pi day (14/3 when the date is written in its American format) children in Years 5 and 6 tested their accuracy skills this week by measuring the circumferences and diameter of different circles. Dividing the circumference by the diameter led to an interesting discovery for them – they were all very similar, no matter how large or small the circle was it always seemed to be around 3, and so Pi was discovered!
