Year 4 have been working hard practising and using their times tables recently. Today, some of the Year 4’s had a go at solving a problem using shapes and various times table sums. The vocabulary and reasoning skills being used were excellent as they took their time to solve the puzzle in groups. This Easter we are offering many varied and fun-filled courses including new options such as Author for a Week, Baking with Culinera, Lego Robotics and Prototype Modelling.
These run alongside a vast array of creative and active choices ranging from learning to 3D print to forest school to football. Course ages range from 5+ and are run by experienced, enthusiastic staff and assistants who are all suitably qualified and DBS checked.

The transition to Reception is a big milestone - for both children and parents. Whether your child is moving up from Nursery or starting school for the very first time, this new chapter can bring a mix of excitement, curiosity, and a few nerves.
