Year 4 have been enjoying learning about coding this term in Computing. The children have been inputting instructions to make various drawings on the computer. We have been using our knowledge of 2D shapes to input code and create different colourful pictures, such as butterflies!
In Geography we have started our new topic of Rivers. We have identified rivers on OS maps of our local area and discussed the features of a river, such as the source and mouth. We looked at the importance of rivers, especially in the past! More maps were used to identify and label more rivers in the UK. Year 4 Team
