Year 1 9.1.26

This week in Year 1, we have started our unit on Space. During our topic lesson, we thought about what we would like to find out about it. The children came up with questions, shared thoughtfully to class discussion and had a go writing them on speech bubbles. In art, we have created pictures of the Milky Way. The children learned about the galaxy’s spiral shape and then used chalk to help create the effect on black paper. They look fantastic! Year 1 Team
