Book Binding

The book binders have finished their books! The results are beautiful, individual and ready to be filled with sketches, words, thoughts or just admired. They should all be very proud of their creations!

To complete they viewed a film about the art of paper marbling In Florence. It featured the oldest marbled paper workshop called Giulio Gianni and Figlio. The current owner is a sixth-generation master artist. The shop supplies all types of materials for and also makes, hand-crafted books.

If anyone else is interested in making a book then do please sign up for Book Binding Club next term on SOCS. Catherine Duncumb

PAT Dog Magnus

Magnus was made to feel very relaxed as Aurora read to him during Relax & Read on Wednesday. He really enjoyed hearing a story about a Tiger!
