Reception 14.11.25

RSS continue to be ‘busy bees’ in the class. 😊 On Monday we celebrated how are all different by wearing odd socks. The challenge this week was learning to use a mouse  and log on using a username and a password in the computing suite. Its amazing how many of them thought they could use the screen as a touch screen 😊 They proudly wore their poppies for the Remembrance ceremony and managed to stand very still and quietly. In Phonics we are working hard  to segment and blend sounds to read simple words to help with our reading. The children drew on their experience of watching the fireworks last week to make their own firework pictures  using different types of lines – lots of amazing fireworks. Sheilagh Schweitzer
