Trip to Hever Castle
Year 1 visited the fabulous Hever Castle as part of our ‘Castles’ topic. We had an amazing day out with a tour of the castle, a crown making workshop and time spent in their wonderful castle gardens and play area. The sparkling crowns were a highlight of the day along with filling our pockets with conkers in the gardens.
A huge thank you to Ms Buttarello who came in to share Italian history, life and language as part of our European Day of Languages which we covered in school. We are so lucky to have such a range of languages to celebrate in Year 1. Year 1 Team
