Good Morning Performing

This week saw our first Good Morning Performing and what a fantastic variety of musical talent from a diverse range of pupils from our amazing Joe in Year 3 who blew us away with some star wars on the trumpet right through the different yeargroups up to Joshua in Year 8 who sang and accompanied himself on the piano which is quite a feat for any young person. All performed with great aplomb and we look forward to next week with eager anticipation! Lydia Carter

A busy week in the Music Department

We have had an exciting week of music with lots of extraordinary sounds, much merriment and sublime singing! Our Senior Brass Group started rehearsing yesterday along with our brand new Junior Wind Band, our Junior Brass and Symphony Orchestra rehearsed on Monday and today we had our Junior Choir and our all new Swing Band, not to mention the Choristers’ Choir which has been hard at it 4 mornings a week getting ready for a recording session later this month for an old Holmewoodian’s documentary!
