Duke Awards 4.7.25

End of Year Celebration

This year, over 115 pupils from Nursery through to Year 6 successfully completed their Duke challenges and were invited to a fantastic celebration event on Thursday. For the very first time, our Nursery children joined in the fun—with ice pops, cheerful games, and lots of laughter. It was a joy to see our youngest pupils getting involved and soaking up the excitement. The morning was packed with fun, including classic lawn games, an epic football match, and a rather energetic parachute session where Year 1 pupils had Madame Simpson running in circles! What made the day truly special was seeing children from all year groups coming together—playing, sharing, and celebrating as one school community. A huge well done to everyone who completed their challenges. For those who haven’t finished just yet, don’t worry! You can complete your challenge over the summer and hand it in on the first day back in September to receive your certificate.
