What a fantastic week it has been in Year 2.
The children were amazing during Sports Day on Tuesday, showing great enthusiasm, teamwork and sportsmanship. We were so proud of their efforts and the way they supported one another throughout the day.
On Wednesday, we were equally impressed during Swim Watch, where the children demonstrated their growing confidence and impressive swimming skills. It was a joy to see their progress in the pool.
This week also marked the beginning of our play rehearsals on stage. The children have been working incredibly hard to learn their lines, and we are especially pleased with how many have already memorised their parts. Well done to everyone.
In Maths, we have been learning to tell the time to the nearest five minutes, and the children have been making great progress with this important skill.
In English, we have continued exploring the rich world of Tinga Tales, listening to and discussing many of these wonderful stories. Year 2 Team
