Our week in action…
We have had a truly magnificent week! The children have learned all the lyrics and actions to the famous “Wiz, Wham, Alakazam” Summer Show songs. It has been such a joy for the adults to hear the music echoing around the Nursery and to see the children embodying the spirit of teamwork—sharing, taking turns, and supporting one another. We cannot wait to see our little wizards take to the stage and perform with pride!
In addition to their magical rehearsals, the children have been busy preparing for Sports Day. They have been practicing their running and obstacle races with great enthusiasm, cheering each other on while embracing a bit of healthy competition. We are so proud of their energy, effort, and team spirit!
To round off the week, we held a turtle-themed tea party to help raise awareness for endangered species. The children looked fantastic in their green outfits, and there were even some super cute turtle hair clips on show! It was a fun and meaningful way to end a busy and exciting week.
We have so much planned for the children’s final weeks of the summer term! A key focus will be on transitions, as we support the children with their onward journeys and prepare them for their next steps. Amongst the hustle and bustle, we will also be exploring our new topic—Farmyard Fun! The children will enjoy learning all about life on the farm through stories, activities, and imaginative play. To finish off the year in style, we are so looking forward to our Family Fun Day at Godstone Farm—a wonderful way to celebrate a fantastic year together!

Tuesday 10th June (11am onwards) – Sports day for Nursery only. Pre- Nursery with siblings in the school are welcome to watch and the remaining Pre- Nursery will have fun in their classroom
