Reception 16.5.25

This week in RSD we have had a very creative week making some beautiful butterfly pictures and learning about symmetry. Some delicious butterfly biscuits have been iced, and the children were so clever in making sure they were all symmetrical.  The children completed and strived to the challenge of finishing off their butterflies symmetrically. We also learnt more about grouping in Maths , the children were able to grasp this concept well and they all enjoyed sharing the ‘baby food’ out to the dolls evenly. We were particularly inspired by Poppy this week who very kindly made the class its own fairy jar! We have since seen signs of the fairy visiting our classroom including a few little fairy notes and some magic fairy dust! Charlotte Lucas
