Year 6 2.5.25

Year 6 have been preparing for a debate about whether a new ski resort should be built in Baad in Austria. They have used a variety of sources to pull together evidence of why the resort should or shouldn’t be built.
Pupils have taken on the role of residents – young and old, environmentalists, restaurant owners, residents of Munich nearby and the Town Council who will have the overall vote!  We made the best of the fine weather holding the debate outside to recreate the mountain scene. Well done to all the pupils for persuasively putting forward their ideas to the rest of the class. We wait to see how the vote goes! Katie Seecharan
