Our Egg-cellent week!
The children have been nothing short of superstars and have embraced all learning opportunities on offer to them. We have seen lots of Responsible Rhinos, Persevering Parrots, Curious Crocodiles, Problem Solving Peacocks, Collaborative Chimps and Creative Chameleons along the way, and we couldn’t be prouder of their achievements. With this in mind we decided to celebrate with a week of fun festivities to round off a terrific term. We had a fabulous time designing Spring bonnets, making fork painting chicks and taking part in the Easter Bunnie’s obstacle egg hunt.
Sunny times ahead…
Upon returning from the Easter break, we hope to see some warm and sunny weather (but then again this is England!) We kindly ask all children bring in a named sun hat (HH style, or own with protective peak), and sunscreen. Please apply suncream before bringing your child to Nursery, and we will reapply as and when necessary. We will also be encouraging the children to drink plenty of water to stay hydrated, please ensure your child has a water bottle in Nursery, as we will take them out with us on walks around the grounds. Thank you.
We hope our Holmewood Mummies have a relaxing day on Sunday, the children are very excited to share their precious gifts with you ! Wishing you all a wonderful Easter break and look forward to welcoming everybody back from Wednesday 23rd April.
