In French this week, Year 3 have been practising their pronunciation and fluency with a game of sentence stealer. All the sentences were about sports we like and don’t like and we had to say them well for our partners to understand us. Madame Simpson
Part of the celebrations this week have included making neurodiversity posters, and a Lower School assembly.
Congratulations to our U10s who did brilliantly well at the UKSA U10 tournament at Burgess Hill, coming 4th overall.
The boys played their hearts out and should be very proud of their performance across their 8 matches; winning 4, drawing 2 and losing 2. They were a credit to Holmewood House throughout.

This Easter we are offering many varied and fun-filled courses including new options such as Author for a Week, Baking with Culinera, Lego Robotics and Prototype Modelling.
These run alongside a vast array of creative and active choices ranging from learning to 3D print to forest school to football. Course ages range from 5+ and are run by experienced, enthusiastic staff and assistants who are all suitably qualified and DBS checked.
