Chinese New Year
This Wednesday we had a lot of fun in the Learning Hub celebrating Chinese New Year, the Year of the Snake. Activities included finding hidden snakes, a Chinese calligraphy lesson from Jeremy, paper cutting, lantern making and creating Monkey King masks. The liveliest activity was the chopstick challenge! The race was on to pick up as many ‘snakes’ as possible within thirty seconds. The winner was Eric with thirty-one closely followed by Aaron with twenty-seven. Well done to Jeremy, Jason and William who helped design and organise the activities. Catherine Duncumb
