Reception 24.1.25

Water Transport

This week in reception we have been learning about water transport. We have explored the idea of sinking and floating with an experiment, making predictions as to what would happen to different objects when we put them into water. We also built our own rafts using lolly sticks! We further explored making a prediction in maths, learning about capacity, predicting how many of different objects it would take to sink a boat and how many cubes we would need to balance a scale using different weighted objects!
