Congratulations to Anna, Ellie and India who all won silver medals at the Dance Championships in East Grinstead over half term as part of the Just Dance competition squad.
Anna danced a beautiful classical ballet solo while Ellie and India entertained everyone with their upbeat duet to ‘Pink’ from the Barbie movie. The girls did brilliantly in their first competition and we’re so proud of their hard work and passion for dance! Good luck for the next competition in January!

Thank you to all our parents who contributed to the 50 boxes of educational resources that were delivered to the amazing Books2Africa distribution centre in Canterbury over half term. These were delivered along with 222 pairs of training shoes, football boots, Wellington boots and school shoes which will all now be transported to many countries in Africa.
Mr Morgan Jones said `having visited Malawi, Zambia, Botswana, Namibia, Zimbabwe and South Africa, I have seen first hand the pleasure that such footwear items bring. A real joy!`
The centre does `an incredible job with each book individually logged digitally. The last shipment saw 140 pallets of resources head out of the depot...destined for sports clubs, schools, colleges and universities in Africa`.

Huge thanks to the sports coaches from @hurst_college for coming to Holmewood and coaching our girls at hockey this afternoon.
