Forest School

Year 1 have been enjoying a little risk taking in Forest Schools this week having the chance to use the bow saw.  They have enjoyed much swinging fun on the rope swing and have been looking for pine cones and worms to measure.  We have also been looking for and measuring worms.  Year 1 Team

Castle Doors

1AF have been to visit the art studio today with Mr Johnson.  He showed us how to make a clay castle door using special clay tools and stamps.  We can now make marks in clay, create texture and join clay parts.  Mr Johnson explained the process of having the clay fired, and we will visit again soon to glaze the doors.  Thank you Mr Johnson.
