The children in Reception have absolutely loved being back at school this week! They were very excited to hear that our topic this term is ‘Celebrations’ and this week we learnt all about why we celebrate bonfire night. The children created their own fireworks display learning all about different types of lines. We ended the week by doing baking and making a chocolate sparkle. Shannon Davidson
✨Primary Maths Challenge 2025 ➗
Children in Years 5 and 6, with participation from Year 4 pupils too, competed in the Nationwide Primary Maths Challenge, aimed at Years 5 and 6.
The children displayed excellent problem-solving skills as they tackled challenging questions. Across the year groups, the children achieved 12 Gold, 28 Silver and 40 Bronze certificates, including 1 Silver and 6 Bronze in Year 4.
