Art – Repeating Abstract Patterns
The Year 4 children have enjoyed creating Repeating Abstract Patterns on folded cartridge paper, experimenting with shapes and colours using colour pencils and watercolours. Mr Johnson

Year 4 had a wonderful trip to Knole House to consolidate their learning on the Tudors. The children immersed themselves in a range of hands‑on experiences such as exploring genuine Tudor artefacts, discovering local wildlife, calculating the age of ancient trees and even trying on Tudor costumes.
Touring the magnificent Knole House was a great way to bring the Tudor period to life, providing a valuable extension to their learning beyond the classroom.
It was a thoroughly educational and informative day, and our pupils represented the school with great interest throughout.
