Cross Country at Somerhill

Thursday afternoon saw 26 pupils from Holmewood House head over to Somerhill for a cross-country event. In a well-attended event, it was the under 9 girls who took to the start line first with a 2000 metre race ahead, followed by the Under 9 boys. Winter finished 3^rd in the girls race and Charlie J finished 1^st in the boys both brilliant achievements. We then had the Under 11 girls’ and boys’ races which was a distance of 2400 meters. All runners performed brilliantly and should be incredibly proud of themselves for how well they represented the school. Josh Patterson
