In Enrichment, the Year 5 children have been learning about Executive Functions and designing their own characters to represent these. Alexandra Price

Geography

In lessons Year 5 have been looking at what Geography actually means and the topics we can cover in this subject.  They each had a pot of play Dough and got creating – The brief was to create something geographical which they could link to Geography.  Next lesson they will be explaining their ideas to the rest of the class.  Katie Seecharan

✨Primary Maths Challenge 2025 ➗⁠

Children in Years 5 and 6, with participation from Year 4 pupils too, competed in the Nationwide Primary Maths Challenge, aimed at Years 5 and 6. ⁠

The children displayed excellent problem-solving skills as they tackled challenging questions. Across the year groups, the children achieved 12 Gold, 28 Silver and 40 Bronze certificates, including 1 Silver and 6 Bronze in Year 4. ⁠

Congratulations to all the certificate winners! ⁠
