Age Group Championships

Monday afternoon was a perfect day for the pupils to dive in and cool down over at the pool for the annual ‘Age group championships 2023’.

Things soon heated up with some very competitive, fast races. The swimmers were in fine form and some new school records were set which made the event even more exciting.

Our record breakers were;

Hattie who broke the year 8- 25m Breaststroke and the 25m Backstroke.

Charlotte set a new record for the year 6 – 25m Butterfly.

Isla broke the year 3 – 25m butterfly record.

Orlando had a fantastic swim and broke the year 3 – 25m Breaststroke record.

Congratulations to all our record breakers.

The championships was a great showcase of all the age groups and their amazing swimming ability. The swimmers all tried their best and received a finalist medal for competing in the finals and lots of gold, silver and bronze medals were also presented.
