Holmewood House prep school in Tunbridge Wells is very much a family school where the positive relationships between the teachers and pupils allows us to get to know and understand the individual needs of each and every child.
We foster their talents and nurture their growth through a broad, balanced, challenging and exciting curriculum and, in doing so, create an environment whereby each child is provided with every opportunity to fulfil their potential. We believe that emotional and social well-being, self-esteem, happiness and confidence are of prime importance and are in themselves inextricably linked to academic progress.
We would be delighted to hear from you and invite you to contact us for any queries you may have. You can reach us on 01892 860000, via email at admissions@holmewoodhouse.co.uk or by filling out this contact form to request a call back.
🎭 Year 6 Drama Success 👏
Year 6s took to the stage last term to perform their devised pieces based on `Social Media`. Every pupil performed with confidence and focus and had something to be really proud of.
Our drama provision gives our children an appreciation of the theory and techniques behind what they then put into practice. It is practical and hands on and every child finds the role that they enjoy, whether that is on the stage, working behind the scenes, or in the lighting box. Pupils leave Holmewood with a confidence and an enjoyment for drama that they can take forward to their senior schools.
To hear more or to see our Jubilee Theatre and drama facilities for yourself, please book a private tour or a place at our Open Morning on 11th October (link in bio).
