Holmewood Horizons: Our New Curriculum for Years 7 & 8
We are excited to introduce Holmwood Horizons, our bespoke curriculum designed specifically for the final two years at Holmewood House. Developed by age, stage, and subject specialists, this dynamic new approach marks a move away from Common Entrance, in favour of a curriculum that better equips our pupils for the future.
Endorsed by Senior Schools and aligned with the approach of other leading Prep Schools, Holmewood Horizons maintains academic rigour while encouraging real-world application, critical thinking, and a genuine love of learning. It also responds directly to changes in the GCSE landscape and aims to nurture intellectual curiosity in every pupil.
