A group of pupils in Years 5 & 6, alongside our Drama Scholars in Years 7 & 8, enjoyed an engaging and fun workshop with the performing arts department from Roedean School yesterday.
In just a few hours, they learnt dance routines, songs and scenes from Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. The group then gave an entertaining performance for parents and pupils in the theatre, which was amazingly polished given such a short rehearsal time!
Well done to all the children involved, and thank you to the Roedean staff for coming to Holmewood. The children had such a great day!
