Well done everyone who performed on Thursday morning in our first Good Morning Performing of the term. There was a fantastic array of instruments including piano, clarinet, cello and oboe.

A fantastic DT Scholars` Workshop with visiting speaker Spike Walsgrove
Spike, a specialist in retro-tech modification and a studio electrical engineer, led an engaging session for Year 7 and our incoming Year 6 scholars. Pupils designed and built their own arcade-style game pads using Raspberry Pi Pico microcontroller boards, each creating a unique design.
The workshop was filled with creativity and excitement, culminating in the children testing their controllers with retro games on the DT interactive board.
A big thank you to Spike for lending his expertise and making the day so enjoyable.
