Developing Geometric Drawing
Pupils have been working into their sketchbooks this term, on a series of automatic drawings inspired by music and portraits, as well as developing geometric drawing skills that they had an introduction to at the end of Year 7, using compasses and protractors. Pupils have been creating a multi-layered cut-away study, making use of the concertina pages in their sketchbooks, and using montage, paints, and other media, to create the distinct, layered sections.
