The Year 7 Carnegies Group have all voted online for their favourite books as follows:

The activity this week was a challenge set by Wen Hsu Chen, the illustrator of ‘The Invisible Story’.

Working in pairs they had to take turns to feel a mystery object hidden in a box. They were asked to feel and then describe the object and any sensations using descriptive words. The objects included a nutcracker, Magnus’s new toy rabbit, a rubber gardening glove, a Lego car made by Theo in Year 3 and a clothes brush.
